Procedure
As treatments vary from patient too patient, an initial evaluation is performed to assess the patient’s concerns and goals. A customized treatment plan is created based on effectively re-contouring the areas of concern.
During the procedure, truFlex® pads deliver energy to trigger muscle contractions. The sensations are much like those during a demanding workout but on steroids. As the process continues, so does the intensity, gradually increasing – within the patient’s comfort level of course.

How does truFlex work?
How is the procedure performed?
During the treatment, certified medical estheticians will position up to 16 small paddles onto the targeted muscle groups. This allows for a customized treatment that will tone and build exactly the muscles that you want. The paddles deliver a mild electrical current that stimulates the muscles and makes them contract, much like exercise does. The difference is that the muscles contract much more intensely and rapidly than with a regular work-out. A single treatment is like doing 54,000 crunches! The entire process takes 15 minutes in Flex+ mode. Your consultant will be with you the entire time to ensure you are safe and reach optimal results.
Is treatment painful?
Treatments are not painful. Your consultant will ensure you are comfortable but will also help motivate you to reach your optimal results.

How long does a treatment take?
Up to eight areas can be treated in one 15-minute session.
How many treatments will be needed?

What will the treatment feel like?
As the treatment begins, patients feel a gentle contraction sensation and, as the intensity slowly increases, the muscle contraction intensifies but remains comfortable. Patients only have to go as high as their own comfort level.
Is there really no downtime?
truSculpt flex is non-invasive, requires no recovery time, and patients are able to immediately return to normal activities after the treatment. Post-procedure, patients may notice tingling in the areas treated for up to a few hours and/or slight muscle soreness or tenderness for 24-72 hours.
When will I see results?
Results may be visible after the second session with maximum results visible 8-12 weeks after the last session.
